99% of what you can come across as guided meditation on the internet and mobile apps are nothing but what I call ‘Pleasant Gibberish’. Meditation is served as the new trend to reduce stress and giving us a calm feeling, however, it actually is an entirely different dimension of quality to the way we are living life.
Until you learn how to find your own way into meditation, there are techniques which can be very helpful for you to not shoot in the dark, but to rather follow a framework and keep progressing along your meditation journey.
Without introspecting with basic questions such as Who am I? or What is life?, the meditative journey remains incomplete. Trying to answer those existential questions, your mind will eventually give up and you will realise the essential.
